1. 7-Day Returns & Exchanges

Didn't absolutely love the toy? No worries! We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • **Eligibility:** The toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, instruction sheets, and certified labels intact.
  • **Non-Returnable Items:** Due to hygiene standards, personal use items such as teething rings, infant rattles (if unsealed), and pacifiers are eligible for returns only if they are damaged or defective at arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, has missing parts, or doesn't work as advertised, please raise a return request from your **Account Order Detail Page** or contact our help desk within **48 hours** of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or process a 100% refund immediately.

3. Refund Timelines

Once the return pickup is completed and the seller verifies the item condition, we process refunds swiftly:

4. Free Pickups
