We aim to make our premium toy delivery highly accessible and transparent:

• **Standard Delivery:** 3 to 5 business days for major metro areas and urban hubs.
• **Regional & Rural Locations:** Up to 7 to 9 business days depending on road/freight access.
• **Sellers Dispatch:** Since ToyTor is a multi-seller platform, orders containing products from different sellers may arrive in multiple packages at separate times. However, you will only be charged a single shipping fee at checkout if your cart total is below ₹999.

3. Secure Packaging

Every toy is double-checked for BIS guidelines and packed meticulously to ensure it survives transit bumps. Delicate wooden handcrafted toys (like Channapatna shapes) are bubble-wrapped, boxed with high-strength outer corrugated cardboard, and sealed using custom ToyTor security tape.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package looks tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package and notify us immediately. If a toy is damaged in transit, we will replace it or process a full refund in accordance with our return guidelines.
