1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ToyTor platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. ToyTor is developed and maintained by ZeroPaise and powered by Pericore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Marketplace Mechanics

ToyTor operates as a curated multi-seller marketplace. This means:

• Products are catalogued, listed, and shipped directly by independent third-party artisans and toy makers.
• Although we thoroughly verify all sellers for BIS safety regulations and hand-vet brands, the primary contract for sale is between you and the respective seller.
• We act as the facilitator providing payment gateway security, conflict resolution, and logistics coordination.

3. Payments, Refunds & Wallet

All transactions on ToyTor are processed securely using verified third-party payment gateways (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, HDFC Netbanking, credit/debit cards) or via the **ToyTor Wallet**:

• **Pricing:** Prices listed include all applicable GST. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout.
• **Refunds:** Approved refunds are processed back to the source payment method or ToyTor Wallet in accordance with our Return Policy.
• **Wallet Balances:** Wallet amounts are non-transferable and can only be used for purchases inside ToyTor.

4. Deliveries & Shipping

While we coordinate with major delivery networks to ensure standard shipping timelines (usually 3 to 5 working days), delivery delays can occasionally happen due to weather, transport conditions, or public holidays. Tracking information is provided in real-time inside your Account Orders list page.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions

All content on the platform, including logos, designs, graphics, code, and mockups, belongs to ZeroPaise, Pericore Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and our respective seller partners. You may not copy, scraping, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the site without explicit written authorization.
